Stock option plans for the subscription and purchase of L’Oréal S.A. shares No stock options for the purchase or subscription of shares were granted in 2021, as the Board of Directors has decided since 2012, on the proposal of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, to replace the grant of stock options by ACAs for all beneficiaries including the Chief Executive Officer. 7.4.2.1.
